Notes/Instructions: All Business License applications payed for via online payment through Xpress Bill Pay MUST be received by the City of El Mirage within 3 - 5 business days from the date of payment. You are REQUIRED to notate your online payment transaction number in the upper right hand corner of this screen. Failure to do so will result in prolonged processing of your application.

Business License Applications may be submitted online, dropped in the BizConnectPro drop-box at the El Mirage City Hall located at 12145 NW Grand Ave, El Mirage, AZ. 85335 or mailed to the El Mirage Business Licensing Center: PO Box 1088, El Mirage, AZ 85335.
